Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry and hair accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
